Art Journaling Class with Josefina. Art journals are a way to
celebrate events in your life, test out new art techniques and lose
yourself in the joy of creating. We will do some poetry and
incorporate text into our creations. This will be a fun class with
everyone’s self-expression being encouraged and celebrated. Bring
your own sketch book, or there will be some available at class (55
dragonflies). No art experience needed. Monday, November 11th 10
a.m. - 12. Materials included, 200 dragonflies for a onetime class.

ArtPlay: Creativity Workshop – Ignite your creative energies!
Experiment and play with a variety of art materials including
collage, watercolor, and mixed media. Art activities are designed to
help you break through creative blocks and jump start creativity. No
art experience needed. Tuesdays 10-noon, Nov. 12 – Dec. 1 (except
Nov.26th). Materials included, 900 dragonflies for 5 weeks. To

SoulCollage® Workshop – A fun process using intuition,
imagination and imagery to create personal and meaningful (and
sometimes transformational) collaged cards. No art experience needed
to enjoy making your own deck of cards and discovering the wisdom
they hold. Thursdays 10-noon, Nov. 14 – Dec. 19 (except Nov. 28th).
Materials included, 900 dragonflies for 5 weeks. To register contact

Upcycled Art Class: Holy Tin Can! We will be creating art in
celebration of the saints of Mexico on recycled tin cans and fugly
picture frames with collage and acrylic paints. Cans provided. Bring
a small, wood picture frame under the 8 x 10 size and create a one
of a kind Mexican picture frame. There will be frames available for
dragonflies at class. Friday, Nov. 15, 10 a.m. - 12:00 noon with
Josefina, 200 dragonflies for onetime class. All materials provided.

Art Journaling Class with Gel Transfers: Gel transfers are a
great way to create translucent images that can be incorporated into
your artwork as a collage element. This class can either a
continuation of the November 11th class or be a class of its own. We
will be creating in art journals around gel transfers. Learn how to
create your own transparent transfers and use them in your art in
unlimited creative ways. Bring your Art Journals or sketch book,
limited sketch books will be available for dragonflies at class.

Open Art Studio at Libelula - Looking for an inspiring place
to work on your art projects? Drop-in at the art studio Tuesdays and
Thursdays from noon – 2pm with Cheri, Wednesdays from 10-2, with
Tehroma, starting November 12th. Enjoy our well-lit studio space and
relaxing courtyard. We offer support and basic art materials. 60
