No need to
do a Will and Testament on a real estate property under a
fideicomiso contract (FTD) but all other goods including your
part in a partnership (wrongly called Mexican Corp.) in
Mexico should be transferred by Will and Testament so as to
minimize the cost of transfer (Probate) once one dies, The W&T
must be Spanish and translated by a certified translator in your
mother´s tongue and signed IN FRONT of the Notario Publico after

ROAD REPORT: I just got in
(Sat. Aug 31) . All was good until Santa Rosalia, then
lots of wash outs and repairs. Easy to cross, but slows you
down. Most bad road ends at big grade south of Loreto. Lots
of cows and horses eating at roadside green grass. Peligroso!!

Please note that Smokey’s Grill will be
closed for about 10 days starting Monday, Sept. 2nd
due to construction/expansion. However, Smokey’s Cantina
WILL be open during the construction and we will be
serving ice cold cervezas and refreshing cocktails and
televising all your favorite sporting events including MLB, NFL
and college football. We should be serving delicious food again
and showing off our bigger, better, faster, stronger kitchen
around Sept. 11th. Also, we will be going full swing
