The first day of Lord of the Wind saw no
wind so we just had a party. If you missed the kick off Tamale Cook
Off party it was a blast. Over 400 people were in attendance and 350
Tamale dinners were served representing 25 different chiefs. The
Primary School was very happy making over $1,100 for the night. The
winners of the first ever LOW Tamale championship.

Following the awards ceremony the band Flatdog will play into
the night. This is a party for the whole community so come out
and enjoy the evening and dance to Flatdog.
