So I just got back to the states this is my findings comparing AT&T to T mobile in LB. T Mobile uses moviestar. AT&T uses Telmex. Telmex - AT&T works better maybe a lot better but is much more expensive then T Mobile with there new Mexico plan though the data really does not work texts are better but with wifi work a lot better. Phone usage is fine except not all incoming calls rang.   I guess you get what you pay for but I am sticking with T mobile for emergencies.  Hopes this helps. Bob

Los Barriles now has a feed store. Forrajera Cota is located on the angle street between the purified water company, and Verdugos RV Park and Hotel. Jesus Cota and his mother Teresa are now open for business Monday – Saturday, 9AM to 2PM & 3PM to 8PM. Jesus’ goal is to provide your pet needs at the lowest possible prices. He is starting out with a limited amount of inventory, but will be adding more as he receives requests for what you want. He will even get pet food at COSTCO for you and add a small amount to the cost for bringing it to LB. Currently he has Purina Mainstay dog food in 24 kg bags for $444 or $20.50 / kg. Pet’s Selection dog food in 24 kg bags for $396 or $19 / kg
4 different kinds of scratch for your wild birds as well as Alpiste (the little bird seeds that you see in small quantities in the grocery store.)

Baja Night Sky: Desperately Seeking Supernovas. The supernova in galaxy M82, twelve million light years away, can be seen with most telescopes under good night-sky conditions. It should be its brightest on Sunday evening, February 2. A diagonal line between the last and third-to-last Big Dipper bowl stars, extended upward its own length, ends near three "nebula." Find the higher two. M82 is the cigar-shaped one, its center a bright core of thousands of stars. The other bright spot, half way from center to far edge, is the supernova. Prepare your eyes. It will make the difference between seeing a few hundred stars, or a few thousand and a bright Milky Way. 1) Give your eyes half an hour to adapt to the dark. 2) Find a dark place. A nearby window, illuminated from a light within, will bleach out the buildup of eye pigments. 3) Cover your dominant eye. Then at least one eye will be ready. 4) Plan ahead. Alcohol and fatty foods decrease oxygenation of your retina. Nutrients in veggies and fruits, especially dark greens, orange vegetables, and beans, increase eye photo pigments. 5) Hyperventilate. Several fast, deep breaths just before looking through a telescope increase oxygenation of the retina. 6) Use averted vision. The center of your eye is great for looking at details, but lousy in the dark. Looking slightly to the side of the dim object you want to see makes it appear brighter. 7) Don't be in a rush. It takes a while for your eye to adjust to a telescopic view. I saw the supernova Wednesday evening. It was awesome! An exploding, dying star in another galaxy.
