Divalicious Step Aerobic Dance with a Certified Fitness
Instructor coming to Hotel Pescadores in Buena Aries / Los
Barriles starting November 17, 2014 Mondays, Wednesdays, and
Fridays at 8:30 -9:30 Am. Classes are beginner to intermediate,
designed for everyone. Let’s step and dance, re-shape and watch
the pounds roll off.

Hello all of you Dog Lovers in Baja-land. We need your
help. We rescued 5 adorable puppies and their sweet mama (Lucy)
and need to find homes or foster homes before we leave for the
US on August 12 (foster until mid October when we return from
the US unless they are placed before then). The pups and Lucy
were abandon, but were obviously cared for and well handled
because they are all healthy and very friendly. They are
affectionate and will be great companions. We are weaning the
pups now and they will be ready for their own home by the time
we leave. They will be vaccinated when we deliver them. Lucy
will be vaccinated and neutered. We want to place these great
dogs rather than take them to a shelter. Can you help?!?!?
ALMA has homes waiting in the Pacific Northwest for
dogs currently being fostered here in Los B. If we can deliver
these dogs to their new homes in the US, there will be foster
homes available for some of the puppies.
If you are traveling on Alaska Airlines to either
Portland Oregon or Vancouver Canada, without legs of your trip
on Horizon or any other airline, would you be willing to escort
these dogs to the US. It is easy and everything is completely
handled by ALMA. Sheila Marshall will meet you at the SJD
airport and help you check-in the dogs who travel in dog crates
in hold of the airplane. When you arrive at your destination,
the dogs will be waiting for you in baggage claim (oversized
luggage area) as will the local rescue team who will take the
dogs to their new owners. Very straight forward, but Alaska
Airlines requires a human passenger on the flight to accompany
the dogs. Please spread the word to those you know who are
traveling who might help us.
