a. re: problem with ATM at Scotia
Bank near Walmart in SJdC
Mike in La Ribera reported that he tried to withdraw money from
Scotia Bank on Wed, and got a note that the ATM “was unable to
connect with my bank”. He got no money but the money was taken from
his account. I had the identical problem on the same day he did: no
money dispensed, but my account charged. I’ll give Scotia the
benefit of doubt; it’s hard to believe they’d do this deliberately.
