Banking Problems: Pony land readers today is the third time in
7 weeks that Bancomer ATM has charged my account twice without my
receiving pesos. I have called the Bank in the States and they
fortunately will take corrective action. When you go in to go over
the problem with Bank management they are like sheep who simply say
we can do nothing everything happens from Monterray. They do not
even care that you have had a problem at their bank no matter how
fluent you are in Spanish. The last time this happened I was told
that if I did not like their Bank to change banks. Hard to do when
there is a monopoly here in town. Worst of all they can pull up on
their computer your transactions and say yes you did not receive any
money from the machine but they can not void it from this bank.If
you can avoid this banking you should and if enough business people
have problems the bank will have to make changes. Very disgruntled.
