Alejandro Viscaino - cell - 612 140 4355 - is the
septic cleaning man from Buena Vista - speaks no English - charges
3000 pesos per trip - each of my 3 chamber septic compartments were
full to the brim - this is the first cleaning since i built in 1997
and it is taking 2 trips to empty them all - he has to go to
Santiago to empty his tank - he recommends cleaning the 3 chamber
system about every 15 years....however because my 3rd drainage
chamber was full. Carlos the plumber recommended adding
the equivalent of a leach field - a large bottomless plastic tub for
the 3rd chamber to drain to away from tree roots....

FYI: Mexican lady at Spirit Air San Diego Airport
would not give me a boarding pass after I bought a one way over the
internet until I paid for a round trip ticket, enforcing some
Mexican law. Never had that one pulled on me and I've been here and
there since 1979.

FYI: Caution, Hacienda Suites, Loreto. Stayed
May 18, 2015 paid by Mx debit card, received a second billing July
09, 2015 when I was in SJD. Complained and received no reply. Bank
is refunding the charge.
