border. Normally you would go through the border and inspection and
go straight through the traffic light, not now, construction! Be
warned if you go left at the light you continue past more
construction which continues until you end up going up an incredibly
narrow and STEEP hill! If you are driving anything bigger than an
SUV this is a very dangerous and potentially disastrous way to go,
you may have to back down because there is nowhere to turn around. I
would highly recommend going RIGHT at the lights because left is a
disaster and has no road marking for detours. I don't know what is
to the right but it has to be better than going left. Bien Viejo.

Propane Tank Discussion:
1.
Jonn Braman, Palo Blanco, LB. LPG tank life span: in Canada
propane tanks need to be re-qualified or replaced every 10 years.
They can be re-qualified by a certified person.
http://www.propane.ca/en/about-propane/safety. I imagine
there are similar rules in Mexico and US. Propane explosions are
extremely serious. But the tanks have safety valves and the 10 years
will have a significant safety factor. Still.... Ask if they have
the facility and expertise to certify or requalify the tank and
whether they can do it where it is, or if it has to go somewhere.
Now I've got to check our tanks....

Hi my name is ivan i own storage place near san José i want to see
if you can spread word about house gas propone tanks and post this
as info. For instructions of Protección civil in all state of
baja sur the gas companies will start looking for tanks over 10
years old due they life expectancy Expires by the mexicano law due a
accidents recently happend last year this was for a bad instalación
unfurtanaly 1 was dead since then they are putting effort to avoid
more accidents. If you guys can share info with baja western
onion and ventana view will be ok so people be prepare because gas
companies are aloud to deny service for safety issues as expire

HALLOWEEN PARTY in EL TRIUNFO on OCTOBER 31, 2015, 4 to 10 pm
Starting at 5pm, Chef Felipe of Bar El Minero will present his
award-winning paella, made black with squid ink for Halloween,
cooked over an outdoor wood fire, and served with salad, bread and
clericot (similar to sangría). Everyone is invited to come celebrate
on the restaurant’s outdoor patio in El Triunfo with live music, a
costume contest and storytelling/presentations of local legends.
Children from the communities of El Triunfo, El Rosario, and San
Antonio are welcome to join the fun with free lemonade, sweets and
popcorn. The child with the best costume will win a special prize.
Admission to the party is free and open to the general public. The
cost is 200 pesos per adult for the paella menu. The cost is 90
pesos per child (under 12 years old ) for mini-hamburgers and
