The public is invited to attend ALMA Humanitaria AC’s annual meeting on April 30, 2018 at 2 p.m. at a location to be determined. There, you can learn about the organization and it’s dog rescue, foster and adoption programs.
Are you interested in (or know of someone who may be interested in) serving on the ALMA Humanitaria, AC Board of Directors?  ALMA is seeking nominations from its members for the positions of President and Secretary. In addition, there are four director positions available.
Officers and Directors have two year terms. Board meetings are held monthly throughout the non-summer months when there are sufficient members to constitute a quorum. Board members serve as trustees and ambassadors for ALMA in the community and are responsible for important policy decisions and the organization’s on-going management and operation.
To nominate yourself or someone else, both you and the nominee must be members in good standing for at least 30 days prior to the election. The annual membership fee is $200 Pesos.
