DISCUSSIONS – ANSWERS – ANNOUNCEMENTS
a. The injured seal: (1) received Tuesday, Just saw the injured seal. He or she was floating all day about 1/2 mile off shore. I did not know what it was so I paddled out there. Didn’t appear to be in very good shape. He had his head upside down in the water and one fin out. He gave me a big splash warning to back off and I did just that and wished him well. I guess only time will tell his fate. (2) Seal still on beach and alive as of 9 am Tuesday.
b. AT&T: More ATT Updates: Lots of requests for information about my ATT Plan. I called ATT to be sure I have accurate info. My plan is called “Unlimited Plus”. This provides unlimited talk, text and data in the US. When in Canada or Mexico it includes unlimited talk & text and 22GB/month/phone on plan for data use without roaming charges. c. Road Report: We travelled back up north on Mex 1 on Tuesday-Wednesday up to Tecate and the huge stretch of potholes we encountered in December are almost all gone!! A few to watch for after Guerrero Negro but other than that the road is so much better. No police stops, no traffic issues, border wait time minimal (10 minutes) at 4 in the afternoon!! Happy travels
