e.  HELP!!! My Oleanders are starting to die! They have been very healthy for 9 years. It starts as a big branch dying then the whole tree dies. I have a row of them ( about 20) and it is sporadic and not all are affected. What could the problem be? They are on an irrigation system so they get plenty of water.
