Road Report Highway 5: Sunday March 24: Hwy 5: Got a call from just north of San Felipe: The dirt ramps back up onto the hwy at washouts have become very chewed up and are comprised of large moguls. When towing, 4WD is very likely required at these points. Further, the degraded asphalt north of the 12 Km ditch detour beyond Puerticitas is now so bad, towing requires speed reduction to just over an idle.
