f. Thank you, Gringo Gazette! Los Cabos director of mobility and traffic announced that vehicles parked on sidewalks will be towed away and fined $30 bucks. Add that to the cost of thw tow truck, which is another $40 bucks for small and medium sized vehicles. The city government has increased most traffic fines up 100% and is launching random operatives by setting up check points in different parts of Cabo and San Jose. Just yesterday, half a dozen traffic officers had over 20 vehicles lined up and were checking their documents. Lack of license plates, expired drivers’ licenses and lack of the electromechanical revision tags were most of the infractions issued. Keep your vehicles updates, we say, or pay the fine.
g. Last night around 12:50 a man was trying to open garage in my neighbors’ house in Buenos Aires area (neighbor are in EEUU). the police arrived very fast, but the man escaped through the darkness.

a. I’m looking for a referral to an accountant in the US that is very familiar with preparing IRS Form 5471. This is the information form required by the IRS for US citizens that own an interest in a foreign corporation. The IRS has hefty fines if this form isn’t provided, so I’d like to find an accountant with much experience in preparing Form 5471.
