a.  Sometime over the past few days our 4 seater 2015 Maverick Can-Am was stolen from our yard.  The thieves mush have climbed over the fence to get into our yard and despite the fact we still have both sets of keys the thieves were able to start the machine. They then drove it through the side fence the and tire marks show they headed back towards LB.  Out north just past Tres Palapas.   Canadian Plate KGE55. b.  East Cape Tackle – Plaza del Pueblo – Will be closing for the month of September…  Reopening October 2019.  Thank you to all our clients for a great summer!  Have a safe September.

c.  Just a heads up ,, I was shaken down at the airport for bringing back down  4 used fishing reels that I had serviced in the states, was told that since I did not have the RODS and the reels were “Hidden” in my suitcase that I needed to declare them and since I didn’t,, Oh well. They tried to get 3000 mex from me but settled for 1800. Been doing this for 25 years and no problem before,, anybody know if this is kosher,, I’ve got the receipt.   beastofburden62@gmail.com

d.  As always, be sure you pay attention at the check-out register, gas stations and this includes the weight and price at the meat counters. 

e.  Let it be known that there is a very ugly person out there that came across a small barking dog that was on the street in front of his home in the early hours of the morning this person proceeded to poison this little Fur Face-the owner awoke early to a convulsing dog and unfortunately there was little she could do…I have groomed this dog for yrs. and it is with a very heavy heart that I post this.  Please BEWARE!  Incident happened in LB.  vickieaheaps@gmail.com

f.  A Big thank you to the people of the East Cape.  Can I take this opportunity to thank the kind people of the East Cape for helping Tracey in her battle with cancer, far to many to name,from the one`s who came and visited her or took her out for a few hours, to the one`s who helped out financially, and everybody else who pitched in.  All these acts of kindness lifted her spirits and helped her get through the bad days.  Thank you    Mel

From the first Sunday of September we will start with this program at the Delegacion de Los Barriles with the support of municipal culture, dif system, educational institutions, Sports, AC and community in general.  If you like to sing, dance, make poetry or you have something else you want to share!
