c. I just received an email from Valeria in the Fideicomiso Office. Unfortunately she is located in CDMX, not San Jose. She told me to contact a notario in CDMX. This is not looking good for those of us with Fideicomisos through Banorte/BancoMercantil inSJD. I will visit them on Wednesday when I arrive in SJ. – creaghday@gmail.com
d. If you loose any mobile device, you can easily locate it by doing a “Google Search” for “Find my Iphone” or “Find my Android”. That will lead you to the appropriate web site to locate your phone as long as the battery lasts and your data is turned on. You will need your ICloud or Google account information. I use “Life 360” which will let me know where all my phones are located without having to sign-in. If something happens to my wife, I know exactly where she is. Don’t panic, you can turn off or on that location function. On the positive side, it’s helped me locate the phone even in the house. Final note: Make sure your device is password ,fingerprint or facial recognition protected. If not, your phone can be erased and resold. Even worse, your data is exposed. thecomputerguy@usa.com
