a. East Cape Health Center is experiencing a sharp rise in Influenza B. We have nasal swab and blood testing to verify and available treatment. Each case is registered to the IMMS so the authorities in La Paz are aware. Please help to us register cases if you are symptomatic. If you experience any signs of “cold” symptoms or upper respiratory congestion, fever, joint pain, headache, or diarrhea please come in for testing and treatment. We have face masks available to limit the spread of infection.
