There is TOO MUCH currently being dumped in the arroyos. They are filling with plastic, Styrofoam, concrete etc. It is YOUR responsibility as the house owner or renter to make sure that they are taking it to the regulated dump. Dumping in the arroyo is not only illegal but it will end up strewn all over the beach and in the ocean after the rains. Then our beautiful town and wildlife suffers – and sometimes dies.
