a. For anyone out and about (especially doing any kind of sports) I highly recommend a product (bracelet) called Road ID. I wear my bracelet all the time; swimming, hiking, SUP, cycling, traveling, etc. The website is www.roadid.com. It provides pertinent ICE information, plus if you pay a little extra (like $10 a year) you can store all your medical and contact information on their website, which anyone can easily access (especially medical professionals in an emergency) ((Thank you for the info.
