I sincerely apologize for printing the “H” notice. I was wrong based on the guidelines I have used for over 15 years on the BajaPonyExpress, I failed. I’d like to blame it on my recent health problems (NOT Covid related). Anemia, pain, fatigue, medications and dehydration.
There is a fine line between author, editor and publisher and with the BPE I’ve considered myself only to be the messenger. In no way am I endorsing the use of any medication for this vicious virus. Again, please accept my apology. The post has been removed. Cheryl

a. This might be helpful to those who are waiting for passports. I finally was able to speak with someone in the Tijuana Consulate office. She gave me this email address for the Cabo Consulate.
