Hood River resident, Chris Kastner, had a serious stroke while kiting here on December 2. Following a craniotomy at Hospital H, he’s been in an induced coma in the ICU. He needs to get back to Oregon via med evac. A GoFundMe has been created for Chris to assist his family in the cost—$37,000–of the trip. PLEASE consider a donation to Chris.   1.   I’m currently setting up a new computer and encountered some unique issues.  I began a search for Chrome Browser and Firefox Browser using the Windows 10 embedded browser.  It would NOT let me download and install.  Microsoft trapped me in their “Microsoft Store” and wouldn’t let me out.  Microsoft calls it “S mode”.
