End of the Year Update:   Spay, Neuter And Prevention – S.N.A.P. is proud to announce the number of sterilizations we have provided FREE to our Mexican community in Los Barriles and surrounding areas for the 2021 Year; 920 dogs and cats will NOT be reproducing unwanted strays. You ask, “How is this possible without clinics”.  Silvia Masis and I are still going door to door asking if their pets need fixing and offering to pickup and transport to Dr. Cristobal’s, our veterinarian in Buenos Aires, and then returning them home.  Providing this service plus educating pet owner has resulted in the surrender of these 920 dog and cats.  It is also encouraging that one half of the owners have been willing to take their pets directly to Dr. Cristobal.  Thank you, Pet Owners, and Thanks to all of you who financially support this non-profit organization making it possible for S.N.A.P.  to provide this FREE service and to all of you who donate collars and leashes to all our pets.  A special shout out to Susie’s Consignment for donating hundreds of collars/leashes over the last few years We are looking forward to a time when we can have another clinic and the help of you wonderful volunteers.  We miss you.  Have a wonderful 2022 year and stay safe. – kathyp1210@yahoo.com
