NOTE: The US and Canada moved their clocks forward today 3/12. In the past, Mexico changed in April but no more. It’s my understanding the border towns, TJ, Mexicali, etc., will follow the US so you may want to double check if you need to do biz in those towns. So for the next 6 months or so we will be the same time as Los Angeles and New York is 3 hours ahead.

  4. we just got an email from Verdugos Storage on delegation road. The authorities came in and did reports on a bunch of trailers. Basically, we have to get a TIP and FMM. Nd get titles, licenses and all receipts and we have to email all our information quickly to an office assigned to do this we have other forms to do to other offices. . It is very confusing and a deposit for fees can only be done at the Army bank. Has anyone else had this happen? Any help is much appreciated. We are back in the states so trying to solve from here.
