- RECYCLING is Thurs., Aug. 3rd from 8-10, Baja’s Resort at East Cape-earlier time!! Volunteer staff very limited now so YOUR help is a must! Please bring RINSED recyclables, crushed & separated (tops removed): clear plastic, opaque-milky plastic, colored plastic. Aluminum & tin should be separated from one another, crushed as small as possible. NO GLASS. We can help with sorting into the correct collection bags. 100p/household/month donation is appreciated! The recycling center is CLOSED Sept. & Oct., reopens November 2nd – if possible, hold onto recyclables til then. www.eastcaperecycling.com
