  2. As of Sept. 13 Club Rotario Los Barriles Cabo Este has been in communication with the Delegation concerning the maintenance of the fountain. The Delegation is working with CFE to restore electricity and has assigned crew to clean up the area. Once electricity is restored Club Rotario will begin turning on the water pumps, water filtration and treatment to restore this beautiful monument to our city.
