Note A: We have a very rare opportunity to see whales frolicking off our coastline during our calm winter days. It is this opportunity that is being abused daily. Our current Humpback mama and calf are being chased and harassed by folks on SUPs and kayaks along with fishing boats and pangas. The stress this causes whales is death to the young calves as they are forced to remain submerged due to the threat of vessels and people. Its a problem. The law clearly states you “may not be within 300’ of any marine mammal, causing them to alter their paths or change their behavior.” Enough said.

  1.   Please be careful buying gas at Costco and get a receipt.  I know it is a bother to put what’s app or your email in, but make sure you do it.  I was charged for a full tank of gas when I only received 3/4 or less but skipped receipt.
