  3. Grupo Tortuguero de Los Barriles would like to wish you all a big thank you for attending our 1st Turtle Aid Event. Three weeks after our 1st post we were sold out!  La Playa Restaurant was kind enough to have us there & with a staff of 40 they gave us a first class service & wow, what a great party. With the original amount of 200 guests, they came to us and asked if we could use another few tables to seat 50 more guests. We had no choice but to say yes as there was a waiting list. And within a matter of days, again were sold out. We achieved our goal of 2 quads, a huge success. We would like to thank our Sponsors: Emma of Ronival, Intercam Bank, Grupo Tortuguero La Paz and private friends & families, we are so grateful.  Thank you to our vendors, private individuals and businesses for your generous donations, too kind.  Thank you to our MC – Brian Andrews, what an amazing talent you have, you made it happen and so much fun. Doc, the music was brilliant (danced so much and still stiff). Hope and Dawna for the 50/50 raffle, you were awesome and Shelly doing the Blinky Turtle Draw, to our Team, a lot of work went into this, but most of all – you our guests!
