About Casa Vista Tranquila
Our gated Mission home (your home) for your stay is nestled on a hillside just a few minutes outside of Buenos Aires, adjacent to Los Barriles. It has been thoughtfully designed with a contemporary-touch and offers a very private experience with plenty of comfort for six. Open the great room doors to enjoy the view, expansive deck, and a barbecue. For warm days, the entire house is air-conditioned with mini-splits in all rooms. You’ll sleep well in comfortable memory foam beds (Two kings, one queen) and exterior views from all bedrooms. The Kitchen is well-stocked with everything to prep your meals & beverages. The house is equipped with state-of-the-art technology such as projection TV, Starlink wifi, a cellular service booster & solar/battery backup system. Laundry facilities are included.

This is Baja! Please be aware that the experiences that it comes with is part of its charm. Bring your no worries attitude and you will have a great time!
Outdoor Security Cameras: On-site security cameras are outdoor-only on the rear of the house and at the front gate. They are not on the front deck or anywhere inside the house.
Power Consumption: This is a developing community with occasional power ‘brown-outs’. In the unlikely event a power outage happens during your stay, the battery backup system will keep all power outlets, lighting & air-conditioning in the master bedroom running for days. However, as a courtesy to our community (and our tiered power bill system) we do ask that you are responsible with your power consumption by turning off all AC units when not in a room or leaving the house.
The Road In: The road to the house is maintained a couple times a year and serves as primary access to many beautiful homes on the hill. However, we recommend a little ground clearance on your vehicle as there are some rocks and uneven sections on the way up.
Parking: The on-site parking area is best suited for a single vehicle. Additional vehicles should park on the road near the gate.
Management: We will do our best to make sure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable and our property manager is available for any unforeseen issues that might arise.
