The Road Runner Cafe' 5K/1K race is this Sat. March 23rd.!!!!!!!!  The race start is at The Buena Vista La Playa (near the Buena Vista Popular Grocery Store).  Starting time for the 12 and under 1K is 8:30am.  Starting time for the 5K is 9am.  Please be at the check-in by 8am!!!!!!!!!!!   The course is all on the beach.  You can run barefoot or shoed.  Walk if you can't run!!! The cost to race is $100 pesos for the 5K and $25 pesos for the 1K.  We still have several sponsorships for the 1K.  Proceeds from the race go to help students pay for high school tuition, books and bus transportation.  For more information contact Bonnie at Bajabonnie7@gmail.com

Please make it happen! Please help us with your Donations to replace the wooden floor in the palapa for the local childrens summer program. We already have a floor boarder (thanks to our English man Graeham) who will do the work free of charge and we have organised all the necassary tools from friends and neighbours. Thank's to your donations we have some of the money, but we need more. There will be a Donation Box at the SAMOSAS stand at the Saturday Market and on Sunday at the Art Festival at CARMEN'S Cafe.
