The Asociacion de Artes del Mar de
Cortez A.C. would like to thank: The Artist's, Donors to the Silent
Auctions and Raffle, Hotel Palmas de Cortez and Staff, the fabulous
entertainers throughout the day, East Cape Recycling for collecting
all the recyclables, and of course the general public for attending.
But, our most sincere thank you, goes to the Volunteers...without
all of you this event would not be possible. It was a great day for
food, fun and shopping!

We had a great time today at the Water Park and loved the 2 new
water slides! Great fun for the whole family! The Aguatico
Water Park will be open every day through Sunday April 7 from 10:00
a.m. to 6:00 p.m. After April 7th, the Water Park will be open
every Friday, Saturday and Sunday until school is out. Once school
is out, the Water Park will be open daily. See the BPE Business
Directory for a link to the Waterpark which will give you photos,
directions (off Km 66 on Highway 1), fees, etc. Beautiful
grounds, many pools - including one non-children pool - clean, fun
for everyone!

Does anyone know where the people that had the rock
art house in Buena Vista went? It appears that the rock art is all
gone on the outside of the house. One can only assume that it is
gone on the inside of the house as well. There is a Mexican family
living in the house. What a shame that the creative family that
once lived there is now gone. We will really miss taking our out of
town friends and family to see the wonderful things Darren and his
family created out of rocks, sticks and roots. If anyone knows
where they have gone I sure would like to know. Debbie Taylor.
