  1. Cyclists Beware. CanDoo in Buenos Aires has 4 dogs. 2 large and 2 small. The large ones usually don’t chase cyclists. A couple mornings ago all 4 were out very early and the 2 smaller dogs fired up the pack and chased me on my bike. I was bitten by the 2 small dogs riding northbound across the street. Be cautious riding by there.

  3. It’s with a heavy heart that I let you all know of a longtime ex-pat’s passing. On Sept 4th Elsa McCord passed away peacefully with her family by her side. Ninety years is a long run, & having spent every winter here since 1985 she may have crossed paths with many of you. She spent many years at Martin Verdugos socializing and playing cards with friends. Some of her weekly poker players may remember her as “The Elsa-nator.” RIP Elsa.
